Delete Your ShotCentral Account

If you would like to permanently delete your ShotCentral account and associated personal data, you may request deletion using one of the following methods.

Option 1 – Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the ShotCentral app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
4. Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account.

Option 2 – Request Deletion Through Our Website

If you cannot access the app, email us at:

support@shotcentralapp.com

Please include:

• Your ShotCentral username
• The email address associated with your account
• The subject line Account Deletion Request

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your request is processed:

• Your ShotCentral account will be permanently deleted.
• Your profile information will be removed.
• Your uploaded videos and other user-generated content will be deleted where reasonably possible.
• Comments and other associated content may be removed or anonymized.
• Certain information may be retained if required by law, for fraud prevention, security, or to comply with legal obligations.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
