EligibilityThe Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other United States territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotion partners, participating outfitters, prize providers, immediate family members, and household members of KSC LLC, ShotCentral, participating outfitters, and prize providers are not eligible.Winner and any guest must be legally eligible to participate in the advertised hunt and must satisfy all applicable federal, state, local, outfitter, licensing, tag, permit, hunter education, firearm, archery, transportation, and safety requirements. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding.3. Sweepstakes PeriodThe Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times published on the applicable ShotCentral Sweepstakes webpage or in the ShotCentral app. Sponsor’s computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device. Entries submitted outside the published Sweepstakes Period are void.4. How to EnterDuring the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the official online entry form available through ShotCentral or the official ShotCentral landing page.Free Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase, donation, membership, subscription, or app activity, hand-print the following information on a 3 inch x 5 inch postcard: full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, email address if available, date of birth, and name of the Sweepstakes. Include the statement: "I have read and agree to the ShotCentral Pig Hunt Sweepstakes Official Rules."Mail to:ShotCentral Sweepstakes EntryKSC LLCP.O. Box 910223St George, UT 84791Mail-in entries must be received before the published closing date. Each valid mail-in entry receives the same odds of winning as every other eligible entry. Sponsor reserves the right to reject illegible, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, robotic, automated, bulk-generated, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise invalid entries.5. PrizeThe prize is a guided pig hunt scheduled for January 22 through January 24, 2027, hosted by SMC Guide Service out of Central California.Prize details, included items, excluded items, hunt location, guide/outfitter information, and any additional prize terms may be described on the official ShotCentral Sweepstakes page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, winner is solely responsible for airfare, transportation, fuel, lodging before or after hunt dates, meals not specifically included, hunting licenses, tags, permits, hunter education, firearms, ammunition, archery equipment, meat processing, taxidermy, trophy shipping, personal gear, gratuities, insurance, medical expenses, incidental expenses, and federal, state, and local taxes.Harvest of game animals is not guaranteed. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value unless required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an equal or greater prize if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.6. Hunt RequirementsWinner and any approved guest must comply with all laws, outfitter rules, guide instructions, firearm safety rules, transportation requirements, tag and licensing requirements, and field safety requirements. Winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, hunter education, licenses, permits, legal firearm possession, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor, the outfitter, or applicable law.Failure to satisfy legal or outfitter requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.7. Winner SelectionWinner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entries, winner selection, and prize fulfillment are final and binding.8. Winner NotificationSponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release where permitted, IRS Form W-9, identity verification, outfitter documents, travel documentation, and any additional documentation reasonably required.Failure to respond within Sponsor’s stated deadline, failure to complete required documents, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner.9. Publicity ReleaseExcept where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize grants Sponsor, ShotCentral, KSC LLC, participating outfitters, prize providers, advertising partners, and promotional partners the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the winner’s name, photograph, video, voice, likeness, hometown, state, hunt footage, social media content, prize information, and testimonial for advertising, marketing, social media, websites, digital advertising, television, print, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.10. Assumption of RiskHunting, travel, firearms, archery, wildlife, outdoor recreation, transportation, and related activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, death, property damage, weather events, wildfire, terrain hazards, animal behavior, equipment failure, and actions of other participants. By accepting the prize and participating in the hunt, winner and any guest knowingly assume all risks related to the prize and hunt activities.11. Release of LiabilityBy entering, entrants release and hold harmless KSC LLC, ShotCentral, participating outfitters, prize providers, advertising partners, promotion partners, employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from participation, travel, hunting, firearms, archery, wildlife, prize acceptance, prize use, or any Sweepstakes-related activity.12. TaxesWinner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 or any other required tax documentation based upon the reported prize value.13. General ConditionsSponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, shorten, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, security issues, legal requirements, force majeure, or any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.Sponsor may disqualify anyone who cheats, tampers, provides false information, attempts to manipulate entries, uses automated systems, violates these Official Rules, acts in an abusive or disruptive manner, or attempts to interfere with the Sweepstakes.14. PrivacyInformation submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with entrants about ShotCentral. By entering, entrant agrees that Sponsor may process entrant information for these purposes.15. DisputesExcept where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrant waives the right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, except where prohibited by law.16.
