Shot Central App respects your privacy and gives you control over your data.
If you would like to request deletion of your Shot Central App account and associated personal data, follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Shot Central App account:
- Send an email to: supprt@shotcentralapp.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- In the email, include:
- The email address used to create your account
- Your username (if applicable)
- Any order number(s) tied to your account (if applicable)
After we receive your request, we may ask for additional information to verify you own the account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove the following data associated with your account:
- Account profile information (name, email address, username)
- Account login credentials (password is not stored in readable form)
- App settings and saved preferences
- Content you uploaded that is linked to your account (if applicable)
- Device identifiers or app-specific IDs associated with your account (if applicable)
Once deletion is complete, this data can’t be recovered.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained only when necessary for legal, security, or financial compliance purposes, such as:
- Purchase and transaction records required for accounting/tax purposes
- Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or enforce platform security
- Information required to comply with legal obligations
Retained data is stored securely and is not used for marketing.
Retention Period
If we must retain certain records, we keep them only for the minimum period required by applicable laws or legitimate business purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records).
After the retention period ends, the retained data is permanently deleted.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days after we verify account ownership.
If we need more time due to legal or technical reasons, we will notify you by email.
